All content, designs, questions, interface designs, logos, and graphics contained in the Intuitalk app and website are the property of Intuitalk and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit written permission.

3. User-Generated Actions and Bookmarks

Any collections or bookmarks you save are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss occurring due to device malfunctions, app uninstallation, or operating system resets.

4. Purchases and Billing

Premium features are unlocked via a one-time lifetime billing payment, handled by the Google Play Billing Library. Once purchases are completed, refunds are governed by Google Play Store's billing refund policies. You are responsible for protecting your Google Play account details to prevent unauthorized transactions.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Intuitalk is a relationship card game meant to prompt conversations and deep discussions. The questions provided are for entertainment and relationship-building purposes only. They do not constitute professional therapy, counselling, or legal advice. We are not liable for any personal disputes, emotional distress, or relationship changes resulting from using the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon updating this page. Continued use of the app or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
